A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for an Administrative Clinical Supervisor to join its growing team! In this role, you will assume all administrative functions, oversee nurse staffing, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff. Responsibilities:
- Oversee nurse staffing, assuring patient safety is prioritized, and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate activities between departments to ensure high-quality and safe care is maintained.
- Utilize continuous quality improvement concepts to identify systems or other opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain clinical proficiency and develop managerial skills by attending continuing education courses and remaining informed of current nursing procedures and techniques.
- Deliver direct patient care as needed/required.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Current NH RN License.
