A renowned hospital in Southwestern New Hampshire is searching for New Graduate Registered Nurses for its Nurse Residency Program. This program will surround you with support and development opportunities, providing a structured orientation experience that allows newly licensed RNs and nurses transitioning their areas of practice to grow their careers confidently.
Along with other new graduate RNs, you'll participate in general and specialty education within a supportive atmosphere that fosters critical thinking, growth, and the ability to thrive in today's healthcare environment.
New Residency Program includes:
- Courses that feature case presentations, lectures, skills, and simulations.
- Hands-on learning, covering a wide scope of practice and an introduction to all units, including ED, ICU, and Labor & Delivery.
- Classroom discussions led by experienced Nurse Educators.
- EMR orientation
- Unit orientations with trained nurse preceptors
Additional information:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 3x12, 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Pay: Starting at $36.50/hr.
