A critical access hospital in Northern New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical/Surgical Unit. In this role, you will assist in planning, providing, and evaluating patient care. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Gather and interpret data through physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patient's needs.
- Document care provided and the patient's progress toward desired outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
- Administer medications to patients as directed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN License.

- Pay: $33.25-51/hr. base, depending on experience, differentials
