Nurse Supervisor

A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse Supervisor for its outpatient clinic. This clinic offers primary care, pediatrics, gynecology, occupational health, laboratory, rehabilitative services, and more! In this role, you will manage patient assignments and patient flow within the clinic, oversee and practice direct patient care, and serve as a lead and clinical resource to staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise approximately 15 FTEs, including RNs, MAs, and other clinical staff.
• Manage clinical schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Collaborate with the Director to develop leadership and operational skills of clinical staff.
• Facilitate timely admissions and discharges to optimize clinical capacity.
• Design and develop centralized orientation programs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• A BSN is preferred.
• 3 years of nursing experience is preferred
• 2 years of supervision experience is preferred.
