Bretz Injury Law, LLC is a successful personal injury law firm based in Hutchinson, KS. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist plays an essential role in conveying the brand identity of Bretz injury law through strategic advertising and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and be passionate about engaging with the community.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to efficiently accomplish current marketing tasks and develop new marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and optimize future initiatives.
- Maintain social media across several platforms and create monthly newsletters.
- Create content for social media and traditional media.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and event partners.
- Promote and work events that we sponsor, interact with the attendees, and distribute marketing materials.
Preferred Proficiencies
- Prior experience in Marketing
- Adobe Software (Mainly Photoshop and Premier)
- Audio, Video, and Photography equipment
- Any major audio editing software
- Website management with WordPress
- SEO/PPC/LSA
- Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- College degree preferred, but not required

Schedule
- Full time. 8am to 5pm Monday through Thursday. 8am to Noon most Fridays. There will be an occasional weekend day required due to our event schedule.
Salary
- $42,000 - $52,000 per year, commensurate with experience
