- The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC. What You’ll Do:
- Handle Parts Requests: Monitor and respond promptly to customer and technician inquiries
- Source and Procure Parts: Identify, locate, and order parts efficiently
- Provide Accurate Information: Quote pricing, inventory availability, and timelines for orders
- Stay Informed: Keep up with current promotions, department operations, and industry trends
- Use Advanced Tools: Become proficient with dealership software, CRM systems, and a multi-line phone system
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience & Education: High school diploma (or equivalent); prior parts or inventory experience is a plus
- Attention to Detail: You excel at staying organized and ensuring accuracy
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- $17-20 per hour DOE
- Full-time
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
