$1,942.03 to $2,136.23 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Government Center/Viera. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Performs experienced professional work coordinating, overseeing, and administering maintenance and service contracts in order to ensure compliance with approved specifications and requirements. Work includes overseeing the Facilities Management maintenance and services contract compliance operations and quality assurance (QA) duties, including policy and procedure development.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Government, or a closely related field PLUS two (2) years of professional experience in contract management, or a closely related field. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis. Certified Contract Management Associate (CCMA), issued by the National Contract Management Association, is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess. or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment. Must be able to pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check administered by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
