17.73 hourly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Government Center / Viera. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Performs entry-level technical work assessing, collecting, and depositing land development fees and maintaining records of fees paid. Work involves using a computer terminal to assess and record payment of land development fees.
REQUIREMENTS : Three (3) years of progressively responsible clerical or technical experience related to bookkeeping and / or customer service. Additional qualifying education and / or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted on a year for year basis. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster which may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
