THIS POSITION IS APPOINTIVE SERVICE
$2,890.31 to $3,179.34 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Government Center/Viera. Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Performs skilled professional work directing all administrative functions of the Natural Resources Management Department. Supervision is given to professional, technical, and clerical personnel.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field PLUS four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in Natural Resources, which includes one (1) year of experience as a manager. Additional qualifying education and/or experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess, or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
