What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist - Brevard Public Schools position at Brevard Public Schools?
Brevard Public Schools on the Space Coast of Central Florida is seeking to staff our area schools for the 2023-2024 school year with committed and experienced Occupational Therapists. Each OT will be assigned area school(s) in which they will service students at the same school(s) every week. This is a 10-month position and it is eligible for full-time benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or successful completion of the Certified Occupation Therapy Assistant (COTA) Career Mobility Program through the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida
- Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
