We are looking for someone to help in the rapidly growing global digital marketing department here at Breville. This individual will be responsible for working with 8 regions and 5 brands and must be highly organized and able to juggle many projects at once. They will focus on supporting the Sr. Global Digital Marketing Manager with the following : content creation, regionalization and execution, working with regional and global teams to manage projects and help to deliver assets, and working to support the launch of digital campaigns, new regions, and new products.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with multiple departments, regions, and outside agencies as needed for campaigns, approvals, and other alignment.
  • Support global digital marketing campaigns — tasks will include but be not limited to managing regionalization of assets, scheduling email marketing communications and prepping templates for send, organizing assets, managing global content calendar, generating monthly and ad hoc reporting, and managing the translation process.
  • Ability to juggle different tones of voice, brands, and ethos while helping to plan and execute campaigns with an emphasis on ROI, customer awareness, and brand equity.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of working experience in digital marketing / marketing.
  • An eye for design, aesthetics, and high-end marketing.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Go-getter mindset and great communication skills with a team player attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Expertise in digital platforms including ExactTarget, Salesforce, Notion, Jira, and / or Shopify.
  • Experience with development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee industry.
