Responsibilities

- Assist in meal preparation for catering events and daily service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items.
- Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
- Support the dietary department in accommodating special dietary needs of guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
