What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier & Server | Brew Bird position at Brew Restaurants?
Brew Bird is a funky little tow-truck shop turned into a funky fried chicken joint. We are all about awesome food (with a special focus on dietary needs), awesome drinks & amazing guest service to match! We are a counter service restaurant with a full service experience - if our guest wants a refill, curbside service or to just to break a dollar bill to play our Pac-Man arcade game we are happy to meet their needs and strive to go above and beyond!
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to take care of them
- Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs
- Keep it clean during your shift—your language and the restaurant! Make it a place where you would like to eat.
- Communicate regularly with your guests & tables and anticipate their needs
- Keep the good times rolling by regularly refilling drinks, clearing the table, and going above and beyond guest expectations
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
