BEER TRAINING | We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we'll support you through the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications, so you can love it almost as much as we do. We'll also pay you more for each level you pass.

Now, we're seeking a visionary Head of Brand & Marketing to drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty for BrewDog in the U.S.

The Role

As the Head of Brand & Marketing for BrewDog USA, you'll lead efforts to position BrewDog as the most exciting craft beer and bar experience in the market. This hybrid role combines strategic brand management with tactical marketing execution. You'll collaborate across sales, retail, and the global brand team to ensure that every BrewDog touchpoint-from beers to bars-delivers an unforgettable experience that attracts and retains fans.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership

  • Serve as the guardian of BrewDog's brand identity, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance across all U.S. activities.
  • Adapt global brand strategies to fit U.S. market dynamics, emphasizing consumer insights and competitive differentiation.
  • Oversee creative direction for packaging, campaigns, digital assets, and bar experiences.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty for BrewDog beers and bars.
  • Partner with sales and retail teams to develop promotions, partnerships, and activations that align with business objectives.
  • Manage paid, owned, and earned media channels to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with bar teams to craft campaigns and experiences that drive foot traffic, customer engagement, and repeat visits.
  • Collaborate with product innovation teams on go-to-market strategies for new beers, packaging, and seasonal releases.
  • Partner with the global brand team to ensure seamless integration of global and local strategies.
  • Consumer Insights & Growth

  • Use data and research to deeply understand U.S. craft beer consumers, applying insights to refine positioning and campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends to keep BrewDog at the forefront of the craft beer industry.
  • Leadership & Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
  • Manage agency relationships and external partners to deliver best-in-class brand and marketing solutions.
  • About You

    Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in brand management and / or marketing leadership, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute both strategic plans and tactical campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and integrated marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Passion for craft beer and a genuine connection to BrewDog's mission and values.
