Position Summary:
The Manager plays a vital leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant, supporting the General Manager in driving service standards, employee engagement, and financial performance. This is a hands-on, guest-facing position that requires a balance of strategic thinking, team development, and consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture
- Uphold and model Brewed To Serve’s core values and service philosophy.
- Lead pre-shift meetings, team check-ins, and day-to-day operations with a positive, motivating presence.
- Coach, train, and mentor hourly staff to meet performance standards and support professional growth.
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional service execution and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support servers, bartenders, and hosts.
- Promote a welcoming, polished, and community-driven atmosphere in line with each brand’s identity.
Operations & Standards
- Manage opening, mid, and closing shifts as assigned, including administrative and floor responsibilities.
- Support inventory control, labor management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall flow to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Financial Accountability
- Assist with achieving sales, labor, and cost of goods targets.
- Help manage comps, voids, and discounts with accuracy and transparency.
- Contribute to scheduling, forecasting, and reporting tasks as directed by the GM.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-first mentality
- Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Passion for hospitality, team-building, and operational excellence
