Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing the implementation of care plans. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Valid state license (LPN)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
