We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brewer Center for Health & Rehabilitation. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, including 12-hour shifts and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Valid state license (LPN)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong clinical skills including the administration of medications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Salary:
