As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalismManage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficientlyReceives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and proceduresCoordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activitiesReceives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.
