We are searching for a Paralegal to support a business bankruptcy law practice.
Responsibilities :
- Research bankruptcy cases and regulations.
- Prepare and file petitions, pleadings, motions and related documents.
- Manage creditor meetings and court filings in PACER.
- Gather financial info and documentation from clients.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on contract law and real estate related issues.
- Monitor contract compliance and handle disputes.
- Manage case files and evidence.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Assist in trial preparation and attend court hearings.
