Our Agency has several Commercial verticals that the producer would have access to write with experienced CSR's to support them. Farm, Hospitality, Trucking, Coastal, Construction / Contractors and Habitational . We have created a sales culture in the entire agency this is supported by having a dedicated Chief Sales Officer providing training, support and coaching each day, monthly and yearly. What we we are looking for is a producer that we will support with staff. This position is a full commission position from day one with a small ramp up period with guaranteed income. All producers will have a chance each year to win a company furnished trip. Our agency had two producers this year when a trip to London and if you met your goal for the year there is also bonus.

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Requirement
