Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a passion for delivering consultative customer experiences. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts,

identifying coverage gaps, and implementing strategies to enhance retention and

cross-sell opportunities.

Location : Depending on experience, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough insurance reviews with clients to identify coverage gaps and ensure adequate protection.
  • Develop and implement proactive retention strategies to minimize policy cancellations and renewals.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products to meet the evolving needs of clients and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product enhancements to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on account management and customer retention.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Requirement

  • Must have a valid Property & Casualty License
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Have at least 1 year of insurance experience
  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Salary : $32,000 - $50,000
