About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee the shared service functions supporting AR, AP, and consolidations.
This is a high-impact role that goes beyond transactional oversight—driving continuous improvement, enhancing internal controls, and delivering scalable finance solutions in a shared services environment.
Reporting to the Controller of Customer Service Finance, this leader will oversee AP/AR teams, streamline processes across locations, and ensure the timely, accurate disbursement and application of cash. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and our international parent company to maintain clean financial operations and drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AP and AR functions across U.S. operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and reporting.
- Oversee cash disbursement and application processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and approval workflows.
- Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff, promoting a high-performance culture focused on accuracy, accountability, and process ownership.
- Drive standardization and efficiency for accounting processes across multiple locations, supporting the shared services model.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and the parent company to manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain and optimize systems such as Concur (T&E), SAP (including miscellaneous invoicing), and vendor/customer databases.
- Own month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and accrual processes.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, ensuring scalable systems and practices that align with growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Respond to escalated vendor and customer inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 years of progressive accounting, finance operations, or shared services, including 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Proven success in a shared services environment, with a track record of driving process improvement and operational change.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles related to AP/AR and intercompany transactions.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP and Concur preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute with a sense of urgency.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multi-entity or multinational company structure.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules related to AP, AR, and general ledger.
- Exposure to centralizing finance operations or transitioning to a shared services model.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
