Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end inventory close and prepare related journals and accruals.
- Analyze cost of poor quality, scrap, rework, and warranty.
- Reconcile backlog and balance sheet accounts.
- Provide insightful month-end and quarterly reporting.
- Perform data analysis to drive cost and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX procedures.
- Monitor inventory verification and cycle counts.
- Support labor and burden rate calculations.
- Assist with audit documentation and explanations.
- Continuously improve processes and identify bottlenecks.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3-5 years of inventory or cost accounting experience inmanufacturing.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement.
- Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
