Position: Manager of Client Services

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build a team of Client Service Managers.
- Develop and implement a strategy for operational excellence, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address any performance gaps.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
- Handle end-to-end case management for high-value inbound opportunities.
- Generate financial quotes by understanding key case dynamics.
- Supervise contract applications and ensure completeness.
- Conduct qualitative due diligence on policyholder cases and relevant regulations.
- Oversee lead management within the CRM system and resolve challenges proactively.
- Identify and support new business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or financial services.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and train a team.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as Net Present Value.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
- Effective written communication for both internal and external interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
