Job Title: Senior / Accounting Manager

Job Overview: We are proud to support a well-known luxury brand in their search for an Accounting Manager as they continue to expand and establish a new corporate headquarters in Melbourne, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization, playing a key role in their financial operations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting to align with evolving business needs.
• Oversee month-end close processes, including journal entry reviews and reconciliations.
• Manage fixed asset reporting, capital expenditures, and compliance with revenue recognition policies.
• Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational efficiency.
• Support and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and enhance internal accounting policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Cost accounting background
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present financial data effectively.
