Our client is a Top #10 National CPA Firm who we are assisting performing a very select search for a talented Tax Director to join their team in Akron, OH on a Hybrid schedule. This position will fulfill a succession plan for a retiring Tax Director with an established book of business to take over!
There is a ton of room for Career Growth in this role!!! The Firm plans to put this individual on an immediate path toward Partnership with the next step up being Managing Director for the entire Region.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $160,000 to $200,000
- Bonus: To be Discussed
