Our client, a local CPA firm in Portland, OR, is seeking a Tax Manager/ Senior Manager. This role has opportunity for growth into partnership if desired!
Compensation for this role is likely to fall between $115,000 - 175,000 base per year. This range is flexible based on experience.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proficiency in preparing and/or reviewing Compilations & Reviews.
- Expertise in preparing and/or reviewing Individual & Business Tax Returns for high-net-worth individuals and complex business clients.
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax law changes and strong communication skills with both clients and team members.
- Ability to foster relationships within the team, mentoring and collaborating with others.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Proven experience managing high-level client engagements in public accounting, overseeing all phases from planning to delivery.
- Commitment to exceptional client service, problem-solving, continuous learning, and development.
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Software (UltraTax, Fixed Asset CS, Accounting CS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
