Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception to trial.
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Develop and execute strategic case plans with the legal team.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and insurance companies.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 5 years of civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury.
- Trial Expertise: Must have 5 first-chair trial cases.
- Licensure: Active state bar license (For St. Louis, candidates must be licensed in Illinois).
- Skillset: Strong negotiation, research, and case evaluation skills.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $190,000
- Attorney Fees:
- 4% for firm cases
- 33% for originated cases (inception to resolution)
