Top applicants for this position will be smart and independent self-starters with relevant experience in litigation and real property law. The associate attorney will work together with our existing team of attorneys and professional staff to provide outstanding legal services to the firm's expanding base of clients throughout California. As a contributing member for our firm, the associate attorney will have the opportunity to develop her or his own particular expertise and clientele, while also working on future and existing matters of the firm.Benefits : As a boutique law firm we stress quality over quantity! Our attorneys have no fixed billable hour requirement and are expected to bill, on average, only about 25 hours per week. Further, subject to this expectation, client satisfaction, and firm needs, we place no limits on paid time off.
