The City of Brewer Parks & Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Summer Day Camp Team as Camp Counselors! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children in a fun, active, and engaging environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and motivate campers as they participate in a variety of camp activities, including games, crafts, sports, and outdoor adventures.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers by enforcing department policies and maintaining a positive, structured environment.
- Assist in maintaining camp facilities, equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate as a team with fellow counselors and supervisors to create a fun camp experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.65 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
