We have an outstanding opportunity for a skilled E-Commerce Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, working onsite at our corporate office located in Aurora, IL.
In this role you will be responsible for processing ecommerce orders from several of our key accounts. Assisting new or existing online customers when they encounter questions or challenges throughout the customer journey. From initial order entry, you will manage all steps of these transactions with the goal of 5-star reviews from each third-party seller.
This is an onsite role working at our headquarters in Aurora, IL. Work schedule includes full days Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Half day on Friday. Two hours each morning Saturday and Sunday working remotely.
Essential Functions
- Processing sales orders from our key account.
- Use allocated inventory when needed.
- Continuously monitor for expedited or special shipments throughout the day. Alert shipping department for the next day shipments.
- Checking inventory on allocated order to ensure it matches with account inventory. Recording items that are out of stock/low stock.
- Forecast orders with existing dealers to ensure inventory is available
- Check that quantities in allocated inventory are correct and match inventory numbers.
- Coordinating customer return requests. Checking for returns that have been processed at Brewer and issuing credit on account.
- Create sales return and add to spreadsheet of expected returns.
- Email returns team daily to let them know what shipments were delivered.
- Meet 48-hour deadline to process returns. Send reminders if the return hasn’t been processed on time.
- Assisting with customer messages and issues.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service. Take the needed steps and send messages to appropriate parties to solve the customer issues.
- Create Miscellaneous credits when needed or requested
- File claims with key account for incorrect returns
- Email warehouse team to check on inventory discrepancies

- Computer literate. Navigate ecommerce screens, email, MS Office.
- Ecommerce order processing experience preferred.
- Effective research and problem-solving skills with special attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a professional, calm demeanor under pressure.
- Be self-motivated and reliable, flexible, creative and team oriented.
- Able to produce work that is thorough and accurate.
Required Education and Experience
· Prior ecommerce experience preferred, but not necessary
· High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
