The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), preferably in marketing or a related field, and 2 years of experience in digital asset/content creation or other creative field. The Marketing Coordinator, Digital Content role focuses primarily on creating assets for multiple marketing communication platforms, assisting with design and implementation of tradeshow marketing programs, coordinating creation of sales materials, planning photoshoots and managing digital assets. Looking for a team player that enjoys working with people as this role requires much cross-functional team collaboration.
This is a full time, career-oriented role working onsite at our corporate headquarters in Aurora, Il.
Essential Functions
Website and e-commerce
- Create web banners for Brewer website home page & merchandising platform
Catalogs/Selling Materials
- Create sell sheets for CRS/Sales team
- Coordinate creation of all monthly and specialty catalogs with Product, Sales and Graphics teams
Tradeshow Assistance
- Assist with creation of collateral and merchandising materials for booth
- Upload sales materials to Ipads
- Implement Marketing opportunities related to tradeshows
- Create weekly Brewer emails according to the monthly content calendar
Photography/Videography
- Create set lists for all assets needed for photoshoots
- Coordinate items needed for shoots
- Attend photoshoots with other members of Marketing team
- Create videos for emails, social and website (including videos at tradeshows)
Digital Asset Management
- Upload all assets to appropriate folders and Flickr
- Competencies
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with an email building platform (eg., Bee Free, Mailchimp)
- Familiar with DSLR camera, lightbox and other photography equipment and editing software
- Well organized, good at prioritization, and strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-starter with strong follow up and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong storyteller and/or copywriting experience a plus
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with Trello, Slack, Airtable, a plus
