Our ideal Dental Biller has an understanding of dental insurance and claims / appeals.
Duties for our Dental Biller include :
- Preparing and submitting claims for payment by health insurance.
- Informing patients of any co-payments or gaps in coverage by their health insurance.
- Communicating with health insurance providers to ascertain patients' benefits, as required.
- Follow up on why claims have been rejected and implementing corrective measures.
- Updating patients' personal and health insurance details, as needed.
