Job Summary

The Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for transporting food, supplies, and other items between a central warehouse and various restaurant or client locations, as well as purchasing and delivering goods from approved third-party grocery or specialty stores. The Driver ensures all deliveries are timely, organized, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and reliable—someone who takes pride in representing our brand through friendly and efficient service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collect orders and supplies from the central warehouse for delivery to designated locations

• Deliver items promptly, ensuring they are handled and stored safely to maintain quality

• Transport food, supplies, and other materials between multiple restaurant sites as needed

• Purchase items from approved grocery or specialty stores based on provided lists

• Verify product quality, quantity, and accuracy before departing the store

• Keep detailed delivery records, including invoices, delivery times, and any payment information

• Communicate effectively with restaurant managers and staff to confirm delivery times and requirements

• Report any order discrepancies, vehicle issues, or changes in delivery scheduling to management promptly

• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles, following all traffic laws and company safety policies

• Maintain a clean, presentable company vehicle at all times and adhere to any required maintenance schedules

• Assist with minimal warehouse tasks, such as helping stage or load items for delivery

• Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards during all client interactions

• Adhere to all company policies, including safety procedures and health regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must maintain this standard throughout employment

• Ability to pass required background checks and/or driving evaluations

• Physical capacity to lift and carry items up to 40–50 lbs.

• Strong time-management, organization, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality

• Friendly, customer-focused demeanor

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a delivery, courier, or driver role

• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and navigation apps

• Experience or comfort working in food, beverage, or grocery environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
