The Store Manager at Brewjee Coffee Company is responsible for leading the team to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the store. This crucial role oversees day-to-day store operations, maintains high standards for cleanliness and service, and fosters a positive work environment that prioritizes fast, efficient, and friendly service. The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in creating a Total Quality Experience for both customers and team members, upholding the company's core values and guiding principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional service and product quality.
- Train and coach team members on company standards, customer service, product knowledge, and safety practices.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect within the store environment.
- Manage shift leads for efficient shift flow with all staff and communicate the daily store needs.
- Ensure team members are motivated, well-prepared, and consistently perform at their best.
Store Operations & Efficiency:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain high store standards for cleanliness, organization, health, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely delivery and proper storage of supplies while managing relationships with outside vendors.
- Scheduling staff working hand in hand with HR for time off clearance, availability changes and managing call outs to get shift coverage.
- Lead staff in holiday store decorating to uplevel guest experience and promote joy
Customer Experience:
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.
- Handle customer concerns, feedback, and complaints in a professional and constructive manner.
- Ensure that every interaction results in a Total Quality Experience for the customer.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Manage store budgets, PNL tracking, including monitoring labor costs, sales, and other operational expenses.
- Track store performance, set sales goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Commitment to Brand & Values:
- Advocate for ongoing training and education, ensuring that all team members have a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging safe work practices and a commitment to Brewjee Coffee Company’s Guiding Principles and House Rules.
- Lead marketing and advertisement for BCC working with HR and office staff to elevate and promote the BCC brand.
- Serve as the face of Brewjee Coffee Company, representing the brand with pride and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for coffee, customer service, and team development.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of food safety and regulations.
