Bartender and Server
*Must be friendly, have strong communication skills, and can establish an instant rapport with customers.
Specific Functions and Duties:
- Prepares drinks according to our recipes.
- Completes all assigned prep work.
- Practice sanitary and safe food and drink handling at all times.
- Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift.
- Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Qualification Standards:
- Must be able to stay on his/her feet for shift.
- Lift moderately heavy loads like cases of beer or wine.
- Cutting fruit into slices to be used as garnishes.
- Understand alcohol safety procedures to prevent over-intoxication.
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
- Mobility required during the entire shift.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous Bartender experience is a Plus.
- Maintain good personal hygiene.

- Strong work ethic and full commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Works well with others/team player.
- Maintains composure while under stress.
- Plans and organizes.
