Description
Brewsky's East is located at 2740 S 70th, Lincoln, NE (70th & VanDorn).
Coordinate and lead a kitchen team that provides exceptional guest experiences every visit, ensuring food quality made to recipe in a timely manner from a clean, sanitized kitchen.
Responsibilities : Ensure food items are prepared according to recipe and company standards; Interview, hire, train and coach kitchen team members; Schedule team members to ensure labor fits budget; Control food costs with inventory control and standardized recipes; Meet all health standards at all times; Ensure food is prepped and ready for shifts at all times. Ability to analyze daily information and react in working towards a financial budget.
Minimum 2 years kitchen cooking experience required. Must maintain proper image and attitude. Upbeat and professional in working with and coaching team members at all times.
