Description
The front-of-the-house (FOH) staff position is responsible for keeping all inventory well stocked and in an orderly fashion. The FOH staff performs various general service and production duties, which include but are not limited to:
● Assist with meal setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
● Restock dining area services during mealtime.
● Assist with breakdown after meal time.
● Ensure appropriate food temperatures are recorded periodically throughout meal service to ensure food safety.
● Document food temperature on temperature logs according to policy.
● Ensure appropriate food temperatures are maintained throughout the meal service.
● Clean server during and after each meal.
● Clean dining room tables and side stations during meal times.
● Restock side stations before, during, and after meal times.
● Ensure safe handling of all perishables.
● Follow all food safety rules.
● Other duties as assigned by the FOH manager and/or Executive Chef/Dining Manager.
Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
● Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
● Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
● Must be able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled.
