- Financial Accounting
- Monthly Bank & GL Account Reconciliation
- Close Viewpoint Spectrum modules monthly
- Loan payment entry & reconciliations
- Payroll
- Weekly field payroll
- Layoff field checks
- Certified payroll reports
- Payroll tax payments & reports - weekly, quarterly, annually
- Union/Job audit reporting
- Prevailing Wage/Job Tracking
- Corporate Reporting
- IL/MO annual reports
- Prequalification reports
- IFTA reports
- Use tax reports
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with emphasis in accounting, is required.
- A minimum of 3 years' accounting experience required.
- Detail oriented with high level of attention to financial accuracy.
- Highly skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data.
- Highly skilled in use of Excel spreadsheets and other accounting software.
- Viewpoint Spectrum knowledge a plus.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
