Brewster Parke is looking for energetic people to join our Culinary Team in providing nutritious, quality meals and a positive dining experience to our senior population. Dietary Aide positions are 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Flexible schedule required, to include every other weekend and holiday.
Hourly wage is $10.56

FUNCTION: To assist in the daily production of resident meal services, tray assembly and clean up while adhering to state standards and regulations.
JOB DUTIES:
· Assists in the serving of meals and snacks in accordance with planned menus, diets, procedures, and policies in a safe and sanitary manner.
· Cleans work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
· Ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
· Adheres to Universal Precautions, safety, sanitation and infection control policies and procedures.
· Understands, complies with, and promotes all rules regarding Resident Rights.
· Attends in-services as required.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
EDUCATION: Minimum 8th grade education.
EXPERIENCE: No experience required.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Some lifting required (up to 35 lbs). Some exposure to extreme temperatures.
