Description
Principal Accountabilities and Essential Duties of the Job
Oversee and direct the day-to-day function of Assisted Living in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the Frontier Household and Assisted Living Unit.
Oversee the administration of medications, treatments, and services as prescribed by physicians orders.
Documents and reports any unusual finding of the residents condition to the physician, family and Director of Community Health as condition warrants.
Implement physicians orders and changes with each status review.
Interpret unit policies and procedures to personnel, residents, visitors, and government agencies as required.
Provide direction and guidance to the team in maintaining the philosophy of the Assisted Living households.
Required to attend in-service meetings when scheduled.
Incorporates principles and standards of CQI by participating in problem identification and solution focused task forces.
Qualifications
High school plus specialized training
Current KS LPN or RN license could be beneficial, not required
