The Marketing Specialist is responsible for administrative support and will assist with phone calls, tours and follow up needed for the active promotion of Brewster Place IL and AL apartments. |
|
Participate in marketing and related events, and assist in the development and implementation of marketing and public relations strategies to promote Brewster Place, including managing mailing lists and e-mail lists of prospects, and Board members. |
|
Maintain contract and marketing packets; Update the Monthly Sales Board and Buy In and Monthly report, and update the annual pricing forms (Case in Points). |
|
Follow up with Environmental Services on apartment updates and color selections for new residents. |
|
Incorporate principles and standards of CQI by participating in problem identification and solution focused satisfaction surveys and other quality improvement measures. |
|
Other duties necessary in the sales, marketing and recruitment of qualified prospects and delivery of positive resident-centered services for all residents |
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevent area
Preferred social media experience
