Role Overview :
The Integrations Engineer will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing cutting-edge technologies that optimize processes, improve user experiences, and drive organizational efficiency. This role involves leveraging expertise in software development, particularly in Java, Apache-based technologies, Electron applications, and AI solutions, to deliver impactful results. The engineer will focus on developing integrations, AI-driven tools, and automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance the organization's technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities : Driving Technological Innovation
- Research and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, that align with organizational goals and improve processes.
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to determine their potential impact on operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deploy impactful technologies.
Integration Development and Maintenance
Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Java, Apache frameworks, AI tools, and other technologies.Build and maintain Electron-based desktop applications to enhance cross-platform functionality.Ensure integrations meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.AI Implementation and Workflow Optimization
Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows and enhance decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in existing processes and implement AI and automation solutions.Leverage tools and technologies to reduce manual interventions and streamline workflows.Develop APIs and scripts to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business units, IT, and external vendors to identify integration needs and requirements.Communicate technical updates and improvements effectively to stakeholders.System Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Monitor integration and AI solution performance, proactively addressing issues.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure the stability of integrations and AI tools.Develop tools for tracking and logging errors to improve system reliability.Compliance and Security
Ensure all integrations and AI solutions comply with industry standards and organizational security policies.Conduct regular security assessments of integrations, applications, and AI models.Address potential vulnerabilities and implement robust safeguards.Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to Java, Apache, Electron, and AI.Identify opportunities to enhance existing integrations and AI implementations to improve system efficiency.Provide recommendations for future integration strategies and AI advancements based on technological trends.Skills and Qualifications : Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Java and Apache-based technologies (e.g., Kafka, Tomcat, HTTP Server).Experience developing desktop applications using Electron.Expertise in AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration best practices.Hands-on experience with debugging and optimizing software systems.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Preferred Experience
3-5 years of experience in software development, system integration, and AI implementation.Experience in designing scalable solutions for high-traffic systems.Background in implementing data synchronization and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.Experience working in Agile development environments.Soft Skills
