Role Summary :
We are searching for a social media mastermind who is ready to build a multi-platform empire. Your mission? Grow our audience past 1,000,000 followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts while maintaining our strong brand identity and community engagement. You’ll be a strategic storyteller, trendspotter, and content creator who thrives on data-driven growth and viral success.
This high-energy, fast-paced role puts you at the forefront of brand storytelling, collaborating directly with our Marketing Director, COO, and CEO to craft engaging, nationally recognized content with the potential for global reach.
This role is to be based in Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own & execute our social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create viral, trend-driven short-form video content daily. YOU are the creative engine!
- Grow our following to 1M across platforms through strategic engagement, content trends, and collaborations.
- Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral moments. Timing is EVERYTHING!
- Mine content from firm events, community engagements, and daily office happenings to fuel our storytelling.
- Manage and oversee content calendar, posting schedules, and engagement strategy.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and audience growth.
- Work with influencers and industry leaders to build strong collaborations and expand our brand reach.
- Support our podcast strategy by booking guests, creating highlight clips, and increasing listener engagement.
- Integrate social media with our broader marketing strategy, including branding, PR, and digital advertising.
- Be present at firm & community events to generate real-time, engaging content.
