As a BRĒZ Brand Ambassador, you will be reporting directly to Head of Experience and will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, enhancing partnerships, and delivering impactful consumer experiences. This position is ideal for someone with a drive to build relationships, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences.
What you will do:
Sales Support
- Store Check-ins to monitor product placement, competition and keep a pulse on the functional beverage category to provide insights to the BREZ Sales Director
- Distributor ride-alongs to support their selling efforts and remove barriers to sales
- Merchandising - Ensure all signage or point of purchase materials are in place, unit and packs are properly priced, secure shelf space in dry and cold sections of the store
- Coordinate and run store tastings at key accounts during peak hours to educate consumers on BREZ products and drive sales
- Pitch to potential retailers around areas targeted for consumer sampling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and customers
Event coordinating & Event execution
- Communicate with event organizers to confirm BREZ attendance at events, prepare product, ice and event assets, be at events an hour early to set up, lead product sampling and education, and event tear-down of product displays.
- Guerilla marketing around offices, campus, community venues and other target areas to lead product sampling to build brand awareness
- Educating consumers: Explain the benefits of BREZ products and how to use them
- Product Experts: Answer questions about BREZ ingredients, effects, pricing and brand
- Engage and build relationships with influencers, artists, community leaders in your city
- Create exciting BREZ moments and engaging interactions with consumers to drive brand loyalty
- Proactively suggest creative and innovative ideas
- Reach potential customers by creating and publishing social media content about the company
- Admin - keep track of CIH & inventory/POS levels
What you will need:
- Applicants must be 21 years or older
- Confident talking about BREZ products to potential consumers on 1:1 or slightly larger groups
- Comfortable training & coaching retail associates on product benefits
- Must have strong time management skills and be able to work in pairs, teams and independently
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
- Ability to use technology to record your work and time
- In this fast-paced event and retail environment, you must stay flexible and ready for what’s next!
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Busy weekend including events such as wellness and community events, festivals
- Available to travel for some big national events - Super Bowl, SXSW, Coachella, Mardi Gras, Art Basel, Trade Shows, Sales Blitzes (flight, hotel and meals are covered by BREZ)
- Excellent relationship-building, and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, ability to tailor messaging to the audience
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- 80% Travel required to events, venues, and various locations within the region
- Experience in the beverage, CPG, or cannabis industries is a plus.
