Corporate Property Administrator
Location: Corporate Office, Kenwood, Ohio
Are you a property management professional looking for a rewarding office position? We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator at our corporate office in Kenwood, Ohio. We are looking for individuals with extensive Yardi, Rent Cafe, CRM, and Bluemoon experience that are proficient enough to assist in training new and existing employees along with other administrative duties.
Position Overview: This position is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, leveraging industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and technological proficiency in Yardi and Blue Moon a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Managers with issue resolution and questions as needed.
- Serve as the second line of intervention for resident phone calls if the Community Manager cannot resolve the issue.
- Accumulate information and prepare move-out letters as part of the Deposit Accounting Process.
- Review all new and renewed leases prepared by Community Managers and verify accuracy.
- Review Yardi Dashboard daily to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process resident/apartment Change of Status items and update Yardi as needed.
- Generate evictions and late notices for Community Managers.
- Review all denied applicants for Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance.
- Verify and follow up on referral payments to residents.
- Process bonuses for site personnel.
- Administer late fees for the site.
- Initiate monthly collections for outstanding accounts.
- May train site personnel in correct paperwork completion procedures.
- Assist in site inspections, site file audits, and budget preparation.
- Oversee screening results for sites to ensure all necessary applicant documents are included.
- Assist with Investor reporting and facilitate the processing of Jetty bonds.
- Assist in the refinance process.
- Training employees
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Yardi and Blue Moon software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in technology and software relevant to property management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
