- Position Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with community manager experience who has excelled in administrative support. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of software, particularly Yardi, and possess an upbeat and positive attitude to inspire others. This is an office position, with travel to our properties in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana making up about 40% of the workday. In Ohio, you will primarily visit Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, and northern Kentucky properties. The schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no overtime or weekend work required. This position requires a passion for training, development, and inspiring others!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training programs tailored to meet the needs of employees at all levels, including follow-up assessments.
- Conduct engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats, such as workshops, presentations, and e-learning.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, and resources for ongoing employee development.
- Establish and manage user accounts and settings for employees in designated software applications.
- Work closely with our external IT partner to troubleshoot and resolve minor IT issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and evaluations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficiency in Yardi and Bluemoon software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
- Strong administrative support background.
- Exceptional knowledge of property management software, especially Yardi.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams.
- Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Applicants must be able to pass background and substance test, have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000-65,000 based on experience
