Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and connect with leads through referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Educate clients on life insurance products including term, whole, and universal life options
- Conduct personalized policy reviews and needs assessments
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain regular contact and build long-term relationships with policyholders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (life insurance experience a plus)
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and drive
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (licensing assistance available)
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools
