Key Qualifications:

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) on pipe products manufactured using the Thermal Pipe Expansion (TPE) process. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills who understands the importance of maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring efficiency throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasonic testing (UT) analysis on pipe products
- Assess UT indications in accordance with Level II certification
- Provide training and supervision to UT Level I personnel and trainees
- Assist in the installation and setup of new NDT equipment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of UT quality procedures
- Promote a safe, efficient, and positive workplace environment
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2-year university education
- ASNT or SNT UT Level II Certification (including 40 hours of prerequisite training)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with UT wall thickness inspections
- Proficiency in angle-beam UT analysis
- Familiarity with UT analysis software and basic computing skills
- Experience in carbon steel and large-diameter, volumetric pipe inspection
