Assistant Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
- As an assistant licensed nursing home administrator, you will support the LNHA at your facility with administrative duties.
- You will assist in overseeing staff and personnel.
- You will assist in managing the day-to-day processes that involve your facility (i.e.., financial matters, medical care, supplies).
- You will assist in the coordinating and providing leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team and ensure that they work together.
Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
- Must have a valid and current LNHA in the State of Illinois.
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3 years or more experience.
- RN or MD preferred.
- A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others.
